Our “Gen 3” masks focus on being customisable, including both removable hair and eyes as standard features, along with many different options to select from. This mask is produced in the UK and has a production time of 8 to 14 weeks.

What’s Included

Mask Shell

The core of the mask. The ear and mouth designs selected are built into the shell, which is then painted and finished according to the paint colour and makeup options selected. Also included are one pair of both eyelashes and eyebrows, pre-attached to the mask.

Wig

The wig is detachable, with the hair glued to a solid plate to help keep the styling intact when being taken on and off the mask. The plate is secured to the mask shell using a number of bolts, with both the bolts and related holes included. The process of adding and removing these bolts does not require any tools.

Eyes

The mask comes with one set of pre-installed eyes using our toolless attachment system, meaning no tools or adhesives are need/used, so the eyes can be easily swapped out or replaced as and when required.

Padding Set

One of our standard padding sets is included, though none of the pads come pre-installed. All padding attaches using Velcro, so it can be easily adjusted to get the mask sitting as comfortable as possible while giving you the best vision. The padding set also comes with a magic eraser sponge that can be used to clean marks off the mask shell.

Sizing

The mask will fit a large range of different head sizes, but people with a head circumference between 54cm and 59cm will find the mask most comfortable. It will still fit larger or smaller heads, but you will need to experiment with the padding to try and ensure the mask is comfortable.

The mask itself measures:

• Width without ears 22.8cm, with human ears 25cm or 35.6cm with elf ears
• Length 29.5cm
• Circumference 80cm

Vision

Our masks provide vision through both the mask shell (shown in red) and in the iris (shown in green). The vision location in the iris depends on the iris design selected and will vary for custom iris designs, based on where the dark sections of the eye design are and the customers desires.

Options

Paint/Makeup

We have a large range of different paint colours, all of which have been colour matched to colours skinsuits can be bought in, ensuring you can easily get a matching suit for your mask. All the paint has been colour matched to fabric samples, so if you would like to see what the colour looks like in person, you can use a fabric sample to do so. All the makeup options we offer are permanently added to a painted mask by hand. We offer a range of different makeup options that you can mix and match when building up your mask, or alternatively, if you cannot get the look you want using our standard options, you can instead select the custom option and upload a reference for us to work from.

Ears

We currently have either a human ear or an elf ear style to pick from, though we plan to add more elf ears in the future.

Eyes

The eyes are broken down into different elements that you have control over, the iris, eyelashes and eyebrows, each with their own set of options to allow you to configure the eye area how you want. The irises are made as a separate component that can be swapped out of the mask easily, allowing you to change the eyes as needed to create some cool effects.

If you find that you cannot build the eyes how you want, you can select custom for the iris and/or eyelashes to upload a reference of what you are looking for and we will design them to look how you wish. All custom work is nonexclusive, meaning we reserve the right to add it to part of our standard range of options or to reuse it for someone else, if you have any issues with this, then please feel free to contact us directly to discuss this.

Mouth

We offer a range of different mouths that you can pick from you for mask, though we currently only offer different closed mouth styles.

Hair

The hair is glued onto a separate plate which is detachable from the mask allowing you to replace the hair easily. The wigs are the same high-quality, heat resistant wigs that we have been using for many years, with a selection of 80 different colours to pick from at different hair lengths, in either straight or curly.

We offer a range of different fringe styles you can pick from as standard, though if none of them suit the character you are looking to build, you can select the custom option to upload a reference image for us to work from and we will try to replicate the hair style from the image as best as we can.

Production Time

Production time is estimated at 8 to 14 weeks, this does not include the time taken to ship the product. If there are any issues with production, for example wigs being out of stock in the colours you have selected, we will contact you via email to explain the issue and discuss any options you may have.
